Return Policy

Change of Mind Returns:

We are not obligated to accept returns if you change your mind. However, as a goodwill gesture, we may choose to accept returns within [e.g., 30 days] of purchase, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Products:

If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's supposed to do, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to Return:

Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation).

Return Shipping Costs:

If you're returning a product due to a fault or a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you're returning for change of mind (if we offer this option), you may be required to bear the shipping costs.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
